Is this talk of “affecting” merely the ladder that Kant will soon toss aside à la Wittgenstein, maybe hauling it out again for his ethical theory? (I think I may be raising what Sidney Morgenbesser would have called a "Philosophy 1 question"), but so be it.Ted Talbothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07560558410340872358noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5687347459208158501.post-86830888632941852632016-09-22T15:59:49.566-04:002016-09-22T15:59:49.566-04:00Is Kant's way of explaining the appearance/rea...Is Kant's way of explaining the appearance/reality distinction one of the things in the Critique that you would want to defend?Andrew Lionel Blaishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01976034095806583387noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5687347459208158501.post-56874917922621490062016-09-22T15:46:21.538-04:002016-09-22T15:46:21.538-04:00"I think after the election, if all turns out..."I think after the election, if all turns out as I hope, I shall never go back to my former obsession with political commentary."<br /><br />Uh-huhn.
