They would hold lengthy discussions on these subjects with other philosophers, allowing access to those who were ignorant of the body of knowledge, as long as those ones were eager to know and respect official interpretations of it. Any action taken by the people at large would be measured by comparison to Plato et al., and the socialists would be far too busy with their studies to waste any time taking other actions.High Arkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14723123626955733759noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5687347459208158501.post-17584451001810782842012-01-03T01:55:02.654-05:002012-01-03T01:55:02.654-05:00(sorry, I didn't mean to post that last thing ...(sorry, I didn't mean to post that last thing without adding more...)<br />I had a long discussion tonight about the question of the nature of justice a la Plato's Republic and the problem I have is twofold: I can't identify the goal of man/polis and I can't even determine that asking the question about justice in terms of an end is even the right way to go about addressing the issue of the best way to live.Conrad Deckerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07965085467585011371noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5687347459208158501.post-2380665277804012092012-01-03T01:48:35.761-05:002012-01-03T01:48:35.761-05:00The question that I have is: what would a socialis...The question that I have is: what would a socialist world look like?Conrad Deckerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07965085467585011371noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5687347459208158501.post-76314314999253323672012-01-02T22:04:33.440-05:002012-01-02T22:04:33.440-05:00Whatever it is, Anglo-American Catholic lawyers ar...Whatever it is, Anglo-American Catholic lawyers are probably the best people to define, identify and implement it.High Arkahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14723123626955733759noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5687347459208158501.post-62495217540216012262012-01-02T21:59:43.187-05:002012-01-02T21:59:43.187-05:00So, what is the future of socialism? So, what is the future of socialism?Andrew Lionel Blaishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01976034095806583387noreply@blogger.com
