I think I have finally solved all the little problems attendant upon posting articles and such on this blog, in such a way that readers can link to them. [My heartfelt thanks to Rita Reynolds, the Geek Squad at Best Buy, and a host of bright young things at the University of Massachusetts OIT Help Desk]. My first effort will be a rather revolutionary little analysis of the role of education and the merits of testing in the on-going process of sorting young people into the jobs in the work world. It is called "Some Heretical Thoughts on the Rat Race for the Top Jobs." Here is the link [this is the scary part]: http://people.umass.edu/rwolff/esther.pdf

I would be very interested in comments and reactions.
