THE FUTURE OF SOCIALISM

In my recent three part post, I made reference to my unpublished paper, "The Future of Socialism." Well, these days, nothing is truly unpublished. It seems that when I delivered the paper at the University of Pennsylvania Law School [courtesy of my son, Tobias], they posted the paper on their site.
