HOME AGAIN

After yet another US Air foul-up that had me dashing fruitlessly through the Philadelphia airport pushing Susie in a wheelchair, we arrived home Tuesday evening from our Paris trip. I am still somewhat jet lagged, but I hope to resume blogging either today or tomorrow. I have been thinking of inaugurating a new feature -- "Interior Dialogues." I spend a good deal of my life in my mind, daydreaming. A significant component of that interior life is imaginary conversations in which I unfold an argument, explain a difficult concept, or debate some ideological thesis. It is because I spend so much of time in that way that I can write very quickly when the time comes to put arguments on paper. While I am working on the extension of my memoirs, as promised, and commenting on the passing political scene, I will also, from time to time, record one of those interior dialogues. I hope you will find it interesting.

  1. Pleased to see you have both arrived home safe and well(For those who have not heard, Western Europe has had awful storms these past few days)

  2. Internal dialogues should be fascinating. Finally you will have a debate partner who is up to the challenge!
