Susie and I are back home after three days in Cambridge. I have a great deal to say about the Social Studies celebration, about Martin Peretz, and about some deeper reflections prompted by the event. At the moment I am attending to my cat, who is very needy after our absence, but tomorrow, I shall start what may be several days of blog posts about the experience.
