By the way, those of you who, as an idle amusement, keep track of the counter at the top of this blog that records visits may have noticed an extraordinary spike in the past two days, from 400-500 a day to 2500 a day. Why, you may ask. Simple. Brian Leiter mentioned on his blog that I had reviewed the McGinnis book on Palin. The spike occurred immediately. Talk about influence!
