I have several times mentioned a paper I published some years ago called "The Completion of Kant's Moral Theory in the Tenets of the Rechtslehre." The paper offers a rather novel "completion" of Kant's moral theory that makes quite clear the relationship of that theory to Rawls' theory of justice, while also situating Kant in a rather surorising manner in the social contract tradition of Locke and Rousseau.
Tomorrow, I shall put that paper on this blog in four parts. I think it ought to have some use for those of you who are interested in Kant's ethical theory, in social contract theory, or in Rawls.
