I consulted with a techie who estimated that the website I want for my organizing scheme would cost between two and five thousand to develop. At this point only two dozen people have responded, expressing interest in being included. Two to five thousand is more than I can justify spending on a plan that might be a total fantasy. So I am a bit stuck. It may be that there really are only a couple of dozen of my readers who would sign up for such an effort, in which case it can't fly [yes I know Jesus had only eleven, not counting Judas, but then he was the Son of God which has to count for something, right?]
I am going to explore other ways of being active and inviting my readers to be active. I still have been unable to reach anyone at OurRevolution, which is a bit of a bummer considering I gave them a thousand dollars as soon as I heard about them. Maybe this is just a little too early, what with folks fantasizing about an Electoral College revolt.
On a happier note, next year is the sesquicentennial of the publication of Das Kapital. Clearly attention must be paid, to steal a line from Arthur Miller. Any suggestions?

Maybe you should provide a list of organizations like the Democratic Socialists of America, Socialist Alternative, Movement for Black Lives, etc. so people can find a local chapter to join (or start one). That might be a more effective way to help people organize, since there is already infrastructure there (and groups with their own websites), however skeletal.
Ugh, that news about our revolution is really disheartening.
OurRevolution has a Twitter account that has some recent tweets, including a powerful one about Standing Rock:

You might want to join Twitter and follow OurRevolution there. If you join you can send them a tweet asking for information. I joined over three years ago so I could follow my grandkids online. I followed Hillary until the election. If you join you could tweet links to your blog; you might reach a wider readership. I will follow you on twitter and "retweet" your posts..that is how "going viral" starts.
