"Unless I am very mistakenly reading this text there appears to be an error on page 61 of the 1998 paper back edition of this text. It says Individual II prefers A over B but it should be Individual III it seems. Unless I am totally missing something."
He is quite right. It has only taken forty-seven years for someone to call this to my attention. Sheesh!
