People working at the US State Departrment have apparently been instructed not to greet or even make eye contact with Secretary of State Tillerson when they pass him in the hallways. You cannot make this stuff up. Is it a hoax?

ReplyDeleteI'm no friend of Tillerson, but he has a long career of negotiating with people, especially those who speak Russian, and he is the country's chief diplomat. That is, he should have a normal quota of people skills. He's not Howard Hughes.
