A SWIFT FOR OUR TIME

Nice, quiet unassuming Dana Milbank has developed a rather deliciously mordant sense of humor.  As evidence, I link to this column in today's Washington Post.  It is not easy these days to say something humorous about the news.  Milbank, I think, succeeds.

    OFF TOPIC:

    Here's an example of the down in the weeds politics that is needed for the Left to win. It never occurred to me to pay any attention to state Secretaries of State. Turns out, they're important and it's good to see people on the Left doing something about it.
