Your wiki page should now show the image with higher pixels. I renamed it to:
RoberPaulWolff_HighRes.jpg
The previous one, the very low resolution one is named:
RobertPaulWolff.jpg
These are two separate images as far as Wikipedia is concerned. I had to make both images "public" on Wiki Commons -- meaning Wikipedia will have the rights to use the images on any other page. It also means anyone else can use the images WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. If this is not acceptable to you, I can delete the images and you can find another (legal) way to upload images with restrictions. I do not know the nuances of copyright, which have become beyond my comprehension, but I wanted to convey this detail to you here.
Keeping the images as is has the benefit of permanence. They will be there forever and any future changes to the Wikipedia page changes or changes to your blog will not affect the availability of the images. I think it's a good thing.
