    Wikipedia keeps the entire history of "revisions" for its entries. The link to the revisions page named "view history" is located to the left of the wikipedia search box . Or , while on the page, you could press "alt+shift+h" to view the revision history of your entry.

    It might amuse you that the crucial change from "was" in the 1st revision (18:46, 29 May 2004) to "is" in the 7th revision (18:34, 26 June 2005) took more than a year.
