IN CASE YOU HAD ANY DOUBTS

As the Israeli hostages have been released, there have been endlesss heartwarming television pictures of the released women and children being welcomed back into their families. When crowds gathered in the West Bank communities to welcome back the release Palestinian prisoners, Israeli police and military disperse the crowds with teargas and refuse to allow them to put on any sort of public demonstration that might appear on television.

  1. The Haaretz original report/commentary seems to be harder to access, but here's an open access version of it:

  2. Relevant to Professor Wolff's point about the difference between the welcome of the Israeli hostages and the Palestinian "prisoners":

  3. How brilliant of CNN, to find the only case where Palestinians were allowed to celebrate a prisoner release. Or perhaps it was not a unique exception?

And to equate "prisoners" with hostages, one must believe that the imprisoned were picked up at random, having done nothing to deserve arrest. I certainly would not claim there have been no abuses, but to believe that all the released prisoners were innocent victims of Israeli malicious caprice is to live in an alternate reality.

  4. Bitcoin investments Scams

Beware of Bitcoin investment schemes where scammers, posing as experienced "investment managers," lure investors with tales of massive cryptocurrency profits. Promising hefty returns, these fraudsters ask for an upfront fee, only to vanish with your money, leaving you with empty promises. They may even ask for personal information under the guise of fund transfers, risking your cryptocurrency security. Don't let the allure of quick wealth cloud your judgment. Always verify the credibility of those you're investing with and remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Stay informed, invest wisely, and protect your digital assets.
