I have thought the very same thing. In addition to his thinking, something is wrong with his eyes. Moreover, if you google "something wrong with Scott Walker's eyes," there are quite a few people offering possible explanations.
I think Rick Scott makes Scott Walker look like a handsome gentlemen I'd unquestionably leave my non-existent kids, and ATM information, with.
