LET ME EXPLAIN
If you are mystified at the flood of comments about all manner things, it is because I just transferred them from Spam. There are fascinating comments that are eight years old!!! Arrgghhh! The world wide web is not yet perfect.
Right, all you had to do was move all those comments from the Spam folder to the regular Comment folder and they show up where they are supposed to.
Dean's comment referencing Gmail, though well intentioned no doubt, was off point, since I doubt you (RPW) even have a Gmail account/address. It is very possible to have a Google/Blogger account without having a Gmail address.
Thanks, LFC. I believe you are correct. Even as I typed, I couldn't figure out how a Google mail account would be so tightly integrated with a blog account.
