So now there is speculation that Putin has Parkinson's disease after a video appeared of him apparently with a hand tremor. If he is going to come down with that disease, I may have to give it up.

I guess that was the hand gripping the table. Also if you're 20' away or across the room toasting, slight tremors can't be seen. There is an apres moi vibe to Ukraine.

And Hillary has Parkinsons (or whatever it was), Joe Biden has dementia, and Donald Trump is in cognitive decline and we have to invoke the twenty fifth ammendment.
